When I view Brown Derby's LUNCH menu on Disney's site it shows some entrees that are offered from 12PM to 3PM. Does that mean those are the only entrees that are offered for that time frame or are the additional entrees offered as well?

I see what you mean. The inclusion of the noodle bowl and the cobb salad in the 12:00-3:00 menu is what makes it confusing. Those two are also included in the regular "entrée" menu below. If those two were removed from the 12:00-3:00 menu, it would make it more clear that all other items in that menu are only offered between 12:00 and 3:00.

Those items are in addition to the regular full menu but only from 12-3pm. I absolutely love the fettuccini and that is why I always make my ressies before 3pm so I can order that.

Gives me something to think about. Currently I have lunch ADR at 50s Prime Time and dinner ADR at HBD. Maybe I'll switch them.

Yes If the extra items from 12-3pm are appealing to you I would switch. 50's menu stays the same all day so no loss there to switch to dinner.
Also note a lot of times they don't even give you the menu at HBD that shows the special 12-3 items but ask for it and they will or just order what you wanted if you know for sure what you already liked. If they give you a problem and it is before 3 ask for a manager.

That's incorrect. You can get it as an appetizer or main course at lunch or dinner.
The confusion is that the Cobb salad and noodle bowl are also listed on the 12-3 menu although they are also listed on the main entree menu.

Sometimes depending how close you are to your trip it may be full and difficult to switch but you should not have a problem. We never do the Fantasmic package either. Now you also can just do a FP+ For Fantasmic anyway if you want to guarantee a seat.

That's during SWW. Planning on fireworks at 9 then standby (or additional FP+ if a available) for Fantasmic at 10:30.

Yeah, I've had the fettucini. It's absolutely delish!
Thanks for everyone's help...just finished booking all our ADRs...whew!!! Started at 6am online and still had to call at 7 for some help with the Luau and the Illuminations party. Got everything except BOG...imagine that? LOL!!!! Thanks again for everyone's knowledge!!!
