Confirmation Code - CareerStart

I just watched the CareerStart E-Presentation [3 times actually] because I can't seem to find the confirmation code. Each time I watched it on a different browser and the last time I watched it on a different computer. Should I still call the recruiter and schedule an interview, or will they think I didn't see the presentation? I emailed them asking about it, but I haven't heard back.

Call and explain to them. I am sure they will be understanding.

Thank you!! I called them and it turns out that the presentation isn't in their system yet, whatever that means, so I have to call back in 2 hours.
