Hello Members,
My Family and I are highly interested in The Beach Club Resort Concierge Rooms.
There is little information online regarding the rooms other then the Disney website.
(I think I watched Two short You tube videos on the subject that were somewhat outdated.)
A source online said the BC Concierge is great but Contemporary's is better.

If any guests have stayed in these rooms could you please give a review or let me know
any information? What was your experience of satisfaction with any Restaurant reservation's requests? Did you feel service was amazing and friendly?

I stayed at the contemporary, concierge level and my family loved it. The concierge is supposed to help you with reservations but you don't get special treatment, meaning if you restaurant you want is filled up, you're still out of luck. Given the long lead times you need to make reservations, i found this service to be superfluous and unneeded.

What we did love, was the snacks, we frequently used that as breakfast or even a late/light dinner and that saved us some money on our dining budget. With the Contemporary we had the balconies to watch MK's fireworks and my kids loved that.

Thanks for the reply,
Yes...I always have to book my dining reservations online about a timetable of Six months ahead
of time to ensure Dining at Belle's Castle and prepay for Cinderella's Royal Table However,
Modifying that with a secured reservation is appealing. On Videos I watched, Traveling agents
said "usually" the Concierge can and should help in that area. I am glad to hear the food offerings were
a great experience! The Polynesian CLounge I understand has a great view for the Fireworks. Thanks for all the insight!

We have not stayed Concierge Level at the CR in a few years now. The Park View rooms are no different than the rooms on any other floor.

The lounge offered the standard Continental Breakfast in the morning, varied snacks and fruit in the afternoon and varied warm and cold appetizer type food in the evenings along with a selection of wine.

The Concierge at the desk, while pleasant is really no help at all as a previous poster commented. If you're new to the property they can answer general questions about the parks and attractions, but it's the same information you can get online or in any brochure. As stated, they cannot help get a reservation at a sold out restaurant. So honestly, other than really expensive snack food, we found the price of the Concierge Level was not worth it for us. We now just get park view rooms and request the highest floor available.

Now, if you happen to be a major sports star, entertainment star, international billionaire or the likes, I'm sure those impossible to get ADR will suddenly open up.

Thank you so much Rob,
When my Husband stayed in the Concierge (Contemporary) before we were married years ago
he said they helped with a reservation. He traveled short notice for a Family event/celebration.
Really must just depend. I conclude the travel agents (In online videos.) obvi stretch the truth, mislead or perhaps
just lie about the extended service you can receive. If I was a celebrity I would be staying inside Cinderella's Castle all together. I found the Concierge can make advanced reservations for you preceding your trip.(If that is true.) We always use Kids night out, Disney recommended Sitting service at least Two nights out of our trip. Wonder if they could help with that as well? Thanks again, really helpful

We are staying concierge at CR for the second time in June. We love it there and the lounge has the best view on property imo. We have also stated concierge at Poly and AKL. All wonderful but CR's location tops everything.

The thing is, years ago you didn't need ADRs to dine at a restaurant. Of course there were some that you did need to book ahead but most were walk-ups. We first stayed onsite in 2010, at the Beach Club. We pre-booked a Cape May breakfast about 3 months ahead. When we got there, DS (10) and I went there nearly every day, and simply got a pager and waited maybe a whole 20 minutes. Even in 2012 it was still fairly easy to walk-up to Beaches and Cream and be seated within 30 minutes.

With that kind of availability, the concierge would be able to get you almost any reservation within reason. Now, most places are booked up. They can still help, likely will find you somewhere to dine at Epcot between 6 and 9, but not at Le Cellier at 8pm tonight. I imagine they could do the leg work in booking you some reservations in advance of your trip, but you might need to be flexible.
