Alright Kermit,

I took your sketch:

For any armchair imagineers out there who have theme parks concepts in their heads or roughly sketched out on paper or in a computer file, but not the time or software to do it, I can transform your visions into similar concept maps (could be parks, lands, resorts or attractions).

An image is worth 1,000 words, especially in imagineering.

However, because making these concept maps is a such time-intensive process, I may set up a paypal account and request a discretionary donation for a custom conceptual site plan (if there is any interest).

^ Not at all. Kermit's went particularly quickly because it was based on the existing structures (for the most part) at Epcot.

In my MGM & AK plans, over 50% of the elements are original/new or geographically-relocated:

Wow, well if it's OK with you I might send a couple of layouts over. Or I could try it out myself, what's the name of the software you use?

It looks like he is using AutoCAD. I think you might be able to swindle yourself a student version of the software, like myself, but the full program is quite pricey. You could also try using Google SketchUp, which won't look exactly the same as Randy's wonderful works, but the software is free.
