Not sure if they still do this, and whether it is available on the Fantasy, but when we were on Prefurb Magic in 2011, they had a limited number of tablets for loan at Guest Services. Not sure of cost. Probably needed to buy internet access package or pay by minute. May be duplicative of Internet Café so may not be applicable.

No - only wireless data access if you want to pay $$$$ for it.
