I’m guessing this is a joke… but most all the magnets have been done in the same style—that cartoon imagery that could be found in the new-age Mickey Mouse shorts (reminiscent of Runaway Railway).

That sure looks like a hand-drawn Crush in the Ren & Stimpy animation style to me. YVMV.
