Day 5...
Our last full day....boo! We decided to spend our last full day at the MK. It was open until midnight that night so Brook and I wanted to savor every last second we could there. Kevin took Mia back to FQ for some pool time around dinner time, but Brooklyn and I stayed and played. We ended up riding Buzz 5-6 times in a row trying to max out....AND WE BOTH FINALLY DID!!!
Brook actually did a few times, but this was my fist time(and I'm sure it will be my only time lol)l! It only happened because the ride stopped for a few mins lol...but I did it!! We had a FP for Space Mtn, but since it only had a 10 min wait we rode a few times...took a spin on the People Mover and then decided to head out. We were sad, so we took our time walking out of the park and wandered in a few stores.
When we got back to our room I was in bounce back mode! I was stupid and should have called to speak with someone because the offer was only good up until 12-31-16, and we didn't want to return that quickly. Going to bed that night stunk of course, departure day is the WORST...which I'm sure all already know
We woke early and packed, left our bags with bell services and headed over to the MK . The Tragical Express was due to pick us up at 2:15pm, giving us a good solid 3.5 hrs in the park. Our last ride of the trip was the Mine Train(seems that's becoming our tradition as it was our last ride in Jan 2016), which was a first for Kevin and Mia.We headed back to the hotel and ate lunch in the food court and bought some last minute souvenirs. Said our goodbyes to Elsie, who asked when we'd back lol.
Overall, the trip was GREAT! Beautiful weather, kids got along for the most part, not too crowded and we tried some new things!
Yesterday I booked Feb 1-8th at FQ!! Brooklyn turns 17 on Feb 3rd, and my husband's bday is Feb 7th...224 days to gooo...can't wait!!!
