If i went to Disney world in like Feb of 2013, would everything be open in the new fantasyland or would there still be construction? I'm a little behind on the news lol.

only thing that would not be opened would be seven dwarfs mine cart roller coaster. Probably not until end of 2013 at the earliest.

I believe Be Our Guest as well as the Little Mermaid ride are both supposed to be scheduled for a fall opening. Sometime around the August-October timeframe. In the latest Imagineering video, they showed a starry sky mural going up in the background of the restaurant ballroom to simulate night time. It seems fairly far along.
I don't know about the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. From what Lee has said, late 2013 or even 2014 seems to be the general estimate. They only just seem to have started on the foundation from what i gather.
