Can you define commercial please, it is sites that want to milk money out of you...

Sites that have popups that put up spyware onto your computer making it slow as maralsis... (SP?)

Or personal sites you or a friend funds for themselves and dont make any money off of people, unless it is to fund the site and not for personal gains through banner adds....?

If there is any potential for an exchange of goods or services for money, it's probably a commercial site.

If it has the option to "Add to Cart," it's probably a commercial site.

If the site accepts Visa/Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Switch/Maestro, or ATH, it's probably a commercial site.

If the site has a 1-800/888/877/866 (0800 for our UK visitors) customer service number, it's probably a commercial site.

If you have to ask if it's a commerical site, it's probably a commercial site.

Add to that list... if it's a site that is a guide to Disney or a Disney news site, it's a commercial site. Pretty much anything other than a personal site (like a blog or a gallery of photos you've taken) is a commercial site.
