As Palmage said, it's nothing spectacular, but clean and comfy.
I've visited off-peak and had no problem getting into the breakfast buffet. The freebie one was enough to fill me up for the morning - fruit, cold cereal, hot oatmeal, toast and bagels.
It's right on the border of Disney World. I've not used the shuttle, but the schedule is on their website:

The shuttles don't run to the frequency of Disney Property where you can come and go throughout the day, but they get you there and back.
We were loking at this hotel for this yeah, but ended up booking somewhere else, we were told there is a lot of noise as you're right next to the road, But you dont really spend that much time in the hotels (well i dont anyway!) so its shouldnt be too bad,
