Probably not as much. The stock is dropping now, and anyone who jumped in at the initial offer will almost certainly be selling at a lower value and will have learned a lesson in the process.

Anyone who bought $10,000 at $28 and now has to sell it at $25, for example, would have lost over $1000, and will be less likely to make that mistake in the future.

This may be going exactly as Comcast planned at the beginning. I'm sure they realized the stock would jump up, and the deal wouldn't happen immediately. If they are patient, and Disney doesn't make any moves to strengthen the company, it's possible they could get it for their initial offer.
