College program help?

Hi! I'm completely new to this forum, but I figured this would be the best place to ask some questions, mainly regarding the phone interview.
I was wondering if someone could give me some tips, and maybe what kinds of things they will ask me? Working at Walt Disney World has been my dream every since I can remember, and getting into the college program is really important to me. My interview is tomorrow afternoon, so if someone could help me out I'd appreciate it. I am so incredibly nervous :/

The phone interview is not bad at all. Regarding the interview, just remember: be relaxed, be honest with your answers, remember to smile (they can tell, even over the phone), and have fun! The questions will vary. They can range from personal questions (like "why do you want to do the CP") to questions about the roles you picked. Good luck!

Don't worry to much about your phone interview, just show your personality and let your love for Disney love shine through. Here are some tips to make it the best you can be.

- Make sure you're in a quiet place away from any distractions. If you have roommates/siblings/parents that will be around, let them know that you'll be on a phone interview tomorrow and that they should be really quiet and no interrupt you.
- Dress the part. You of course don't have to wear a business suit but don't have the interview in your pajamas. You'll do better if you wear something that you're proud to show off. Think like khakis and a button-down. Of course have some Disney something on you to "bring in the magic".
- Come up with a stellar answer for "Why Disney?". You will be asked that (most likely at least) and you want something beyond, because I love Disney. Think about what you can learn from Disney/they can learn from you (and of course add in the fact that you love Disney in there too). Make it personal and different. They hear "because I love Disney a zillion times a day".
- Have your resume and role checklist in front of you for your interview. They'll ask you questions about it and it's good to have it in front of you. You should also write down certain things like strengths, weaknesses, leadership examples, etc. that you'll likely be asked in an interview. Take advantage of the fact that it's a phone interview!
- SMILE while you answer your questions in the interview! It sounds dumb but your smile will come out in your voice and they will know if you're smiling! And just remember, if you pass, you get to go work for Disney, where smiles are created!!

GOOD LUCK!! I hope it goes well and you get an acceptance. The CP was the most incredible experience of my entire life!
