College Program and Career Start Program?

I dont know for sure, but I think they may have different jobs. I did the college program and I was there for 6 months, did not meet a single person doing the career start program. Also I know the college program attracts people from all over the world, maybe the career start is more of a local thing? Again, I dont know for sure.

The CS offers a lot fewer roles then the CP. Also, the CS only has one check-in date (at the most, 2) per semester (Spring and Fall). And the CS has to be done within a certain amount of years (while there is no limit for doing the CP).

I was wondering this myself. So if I wanted to be a preformer(like in the parades) which one would be better for me to do?

Career Start is not eligible for entertainment unless they extend their program & pass the audition. I did Career Start fall 08 & extended for spring 09. Once you get there, there really isnt a difference between the programs. Most of my managers & coordinators thought I was CP for my check ins & stuff. I had to tell them I was CareerStart so they could get the right form.

Yeah, there is pretty much no difference once you get down there. CP and CS are bundled together. Though I think CS only does the 6-month programs, not the 4-month ones that CP does.

When I did Traditions and they were making my nametag, the woman actually didn't want to accept that I didn't have a college to put on my nametag, I had to explain to her that I was CareerStart and don't GO to college. I was the only person I knew that was CareerStart. I don't know what the stats are CP vs CS, but there weren't very many of us when I was there (not that it makes any difference anyway).
