One of my son's went basically an entire MN winter wearing shorts (he wore pants exactly one day all winter), including the days when it was below zero F.

People tend to forget that even if the temps are in the 50's in the evening in Orlando, it feels colder because it's dark. Add in any wind and it gets cold very quickly. We've experienced many days where the highs were in the low 70's but once the sun went down, you needed a jacket and pants or you were freezing.

You're right. I was going to add teen boys as the exception, but then didn't.

I'd much rather go to Disney when it's too cold versus too hot. Sounds like an amazing MK day.

You can put as many layers you want on, you can only take so much off until you get hit with "public indecency".

I will make one comment from first-hand experience - Walking around EPCOT Center, particular Future World and under SSE specifically, in high winds and temps in the 40’s is NOT pleasant.

This is definitely not the first time this has occurred. I was at WDW one MLK weekend and the weather was just as cold if not colder. Fortunately, I was aware of the forecast and had everything: Long sleeve shirt, sweatshirt, Nautica jacket with down lining, wool cap, scarf, and thick gloves. I still froze my rear off. For some crazy reason, I already had a VIP ticket for the FARTS concert. Obviously, I didn't need a VIP ticket because most had left anyway.

That was pretty much me. LOL. Except I wasn't hot. Quite the opposite, I can assure you.

we were there just a few weeks ago & the temp did drop 1 day after it rained the previous day. we were prepared for it. had jeans, fleece, hat, etc. walked around epcot that day & we were good.
