except it didnt stop them from building rapunzels tower in liberty square...(I know it was meant for fantasyland but still) shows way more in liberty square. That just never sat well with me.

That was poor sightline placement and incidental....I agree completely...
a COCO overlay for the mansion is just wrong on so many levels it is crazy....it would be like a Princess and the Frog overlay on Space Mountain....

Again, the source of this rumor is a crazy site that wants to be The Onion of Disneyana. It's like April Fool's Day every day of the year.

It got reposted places and this completely and purposely fabricated rumor keeps going around. It was never, ever considered by anyone at Disney at any time.
