Here we go..Last night at the Disney Doo we made up various cocktails which was real fun,if not for the morning hangover. But have you had a cocktail at WDW that's perfect for two of you.Is the famous Lapu Lapu in the contention here,or is there another out there that you would recommend that you can share.?;)

I just love the margaritas at La Cava. I even found the recipe for my favorite, the avocado margarita, here http://www.partythroughtheparks.com/epcot-drink-recipes/2010/7/10/mexico.html. I've used this site to make other favorite drinks as well.

I would really LOVE to know exactly what the Lapu Lapu is supposed to taste like because I tried it once and if I didn't know better, I would have thought I was drinking gasoline. I couldn't even come close to finishing it. :(

That's 'cause "Lapu Lapu" happens to be Hawaiian for "Gasoline Gasoline". ;)

I bought the Epcot International Food & Wine Cookbook a few weeks ago. There are a lot of great cocktails and food items in there. It was only $8 on sale at the Disney Store online. No, i'm not getting a commission on the book. Haha. My favorite is the Frozen Jim Bean Red Stag Lemonade from the USA Marketplace. YUMMY!!

Here is the recipe from the book:
1 ounce Red Stag by Jim Beam, 3 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate, lemon slice, maraschino cherry~~Serves 1~~
1. Pour red stag and lemonade concentrate into blender with 1 cup of ice; blend until smooth.
2. Pour into glass and garnish with lemon and cherry.
