The Magical Express is gone and in all probability, Osceola and Orange County pressured Disney to use local businesses instead under the idea that a contract would be cheaper for Disney than running their own system. I'm guessing there are palms being greased through local government, IMH and very jaded O.

Vivid memories of leaving BLT 3 days after WDW shut down. Disney had parked all of the buses in the MK parking lot and it was startling. So yeah, they lay off a bunch of workers, workers go find new jobs, and then guess what - they need drivers. Not surprising at all
