Can someone explain to me how a CM discount works? A girl in my office has a sister-in-law that works parttime at Epcot, and mentioned she may be able to help me with rooms and tickets. Are there limits on nights and/or resorts that qualify? Can I still get the Dining Plan? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ....
Florida Site Cast Members/Retirees may reserve rooms for their friends and families use at discounts of 40% or 25% off standard rates, subject to availability, at Disney owned and operated Resorts at Walt Disney World Resort, Disney's Vero Beach Resort, or Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort.
Reservations on this program may be made for up to three rooms for a maximum of 30 nights, subject to availability. Like all other discount offers, the number of rooms available with this discount offer is limited.
This is a room-only offer. The Disney Dining Plan is not available. If the Guest requires Magic Your Way Tickets, they must be purchased separately.
The Cast Member/Retiree is not required to stay in the room on this program. Each Cast Member is limited to 5 reservations on this program per calendar year.
Cast Members must make reservations for the Cast Resort Program online via the My Disney Team Portal at least three days prior to arrival. Eligible Cast Members cannot book this offer by phone with limited exceptions. If a modification or cancellation is needed, it must be done by the Cast Member, by calling a private Cast reservation line as listed on the My Disney Team Portal.
At the time of booking, the Cast Member or Retiree must provide the names of all guests staying in the room along with the ages and the birthdays of all the children under the age of 18, as well as the primary Guest's home address and contact phone number. A deposit of one night's lodging must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining balance cannot be paid until arrival.
Cast Members may purchase discounted Magic Your Way Tickets and Annual Passes in limited amounts at any Company D location for use by family and friends.
