Closed Attractions = Empty Buildings

The Galaxy Theater used to hold shows that they would put on with the characters back in the late 80's early 90's as I remember it and I don't think I've seen a single thing there since (not that there hasn't been).

The Galaxy theater does hold shows from time to time. If you go in april usually they have high school bands perform there as part of a competition. I believe the American Music company sponcers this. My high school band uses Fiesta-Val and it wasn't an option, but every day we would drive past Disney to get to our competition sites and I always was heartbroken over it.

Ok, so I went on a tangent.

Pop Century is a different thread. It's one of those "Half built but never finished"

It's that big old building between Canada and England in World Showcase that they used for exhibits and entertainment during the Milennium celebration.

It's still there, in all it's glory, though thankfully fenced off and nicely landscaped so it takes an effort to see it.

If you grab a Beaver tail from Canada, start walking towards The Rose and Crown Pub, turn your head to the right, squint your eyes, and jump like this =====> :sohappy:
you should have no problem seeing it!

:p

Thanks so much BRER STITCH!
I know I was there during the Millenium Celebration... Though we usually don't spend too much in the World Showcase, that may be why I am drawing a blank. Thanks!
