City of Disney citizen proposal

This is not proposed by RCID or Disney but some random guy in North Carolina. Florida has a process for amendments to the state constitution that takes place every 20 years. During that process (underway right now), members of the public can submit proposed state constitutional changes. It used to have to be done in writing but this is the first time that submissions can be made online as well. The guy submitting this (and 100+ others) lives in NC. This is not going to go anywhere at all.

Lake Buena Vista and Bay Lake are Iconic and I don't see changing. Hopefully there's roads in there honor.

Anybody can submit one of these and his wasn't Disney that submitted it....If you want, you can even submit one to rename Bay Lake/LBV as Comcastland and UniversalStudalia. Its just the internet doing what internet does.

And I propose that we dissolve the City of Miami and replace it with the Village of Happiness. Why not?

Seriously, Florida, this is why nobody takes you seriously. Residents of other jurisdictions should have a say in whether your jurisdiction is dissolved. This proposal shouldn't have ever been given the light of day.
