I believe the citrus swirl is both orange juice slush and vanilla soft serve. Dole whip is pineapple soft serve. Having never tried the citrus swirl and a Dole whip is my favorite, I am looking forward to trying a citrus swirl in September.

I am also looking forward to trying my first Citrus Swirl in September. It looks amazing! That tangy orange slushy ice wrapped with sweet vanilla soft serve sounds like the perfect duo!
