Can someone suggest one or the other? I have never been to either one so I have no first hand knowledge. I am looking for the place that is more romatic and upscale. I don't want to go to V&A...

Citrico vs Narcoossee

I have been to Narcossee 2X. The food is very good, not great. You can go outside to view the fireworks, which is nice. Price is comparable to Citricos.
But it is VERY noisey inside and usually has lots of kids for some reason. Not the typical setting when you are spending that type of $$$ at a restuarant. Space also feels a bit cramped inside. You get alot of foot traffic cause people all want to go outside to view the fireworks.
Been to Citricos 3X and HIGHLY reccomend it over Narcossee. Same price $$$ but it seems like a better value. You can still see the fireworks through the window, alot quieter and it feels alot less "hustle and bustle". More of an elegant feel, but not overly fancy. Also it doesn't feel cramped at all.
