Citizens of Hollywood

Found a great little youtube channel called KPUT Radio with not many hits but lots of Citizens videos, including this final day performance from Paige Turner, Officer Brody, Dara Vamp and Dorma Nesmond

Ah, they added so much life and entertainment to the park! I miss the old days of having over 20 performers scattered throughout the Studios.

And @itsy bitsy spider — cuts in one place don’t mean investment in others. That’s not how Disney works. They just cut entertainment, maintenance, food selections, and serving sizes and raise prices anyway.

Their Facebook page is saying they are now back to a full cast again, after a few months of a temporary reduced programme.

It would be even better if it means those who were axed last year were back. Anyone know if that is the case?

But still fantastic news for those of us who think they are one of the most fun aspects of DHS. And great they’re not in the firing line for this year’s round of cuts.

Umm, care to post the FB link?? PLEASE

When I was there in late September they were only coming out at 12:15, 2:00 & 3:00 and the only full group show was at 3:00 (funniest citizen). While this is certainly better than nothing, it’s a far cry from from the near constant entertainment a few years ago with multiple groups of citizens alternating. There was the in the can trio (Alberto Dante, Francis Floot, and Paige Turner). The modern day film crew. The Hollywood public works trio.

But They still got it. The funniest citizen competition I saw on my last trip was one of the best I’ve ever seen. Soooooo good.

They still have five sets a day, 9:15, 10:15, 12, 2, 3 sorry you missed the first two.
Currently they’re only allowed to do one big show a day with the whole cast, they’re trying to get them to reach as many guests a day as possible doing smaller bits and roaming.
Be sure to leave positive feedback for them and even use the #CastCompliment tool to help give them that feedback too, every bit helps!

Oh good to know! I was waiting around specifically for them and noticed they didn’t come out at 11 or 11:15 and figured they were only doing the 3 sets. Glad to know they are still doing 2 morning sets.

Are not the COH daily sets listed in the times guide for the guests?

They are not. And in the past 14 years I’ve been watching them they never have been. Maybe the morning show used to be listed?

Currently they are listed on the app as “9:00 am to 5:30 pm”
And even that’s not accurate.
For awhile they listed the Cavalcade in the Times Guide but they don’t even do that anymore.
