Cirque Seating Question

Looking to book seating at the Cirque du Soleil show and was wondering is there good seating and bad seating? Its possible to save some money by moving to the category 2 seating which could be either a little off center of the stage or back further. Is it worth spending the extra money for category 1 seating?

Thanks

I think the best seats are in section 204 (that's the upper area, middle of the theater). The seats right by the main walkway. We've gotten these seats and the same ones in section 205, so we were a little off center. They are Cat 1 seats, but they are the best to view the whole show.

The ones below can make it difficult to see everything when a lot is going on all over the theater, by being a little further back, you can take it all in.

Have fun!

We went several years ago and had seats midway up. We thought these wouldn't be as good as close seats...WRONG. There is action going on on at least 3 levels and the middle seats get you the best viewing of all that's happening.

The good seats are those inside, and the bad ones are outside.

Seriously, the theater is layed out very well. The second tier (middle price range) is great, but all are fine.

glad to hear section 204 is the place to be, as that is where our seats are. Just not sure which side we're sitting on

When I saw it I was center, section 103, row B. And it was amazingly close. They actually took someone next to us for part of the interaction. Problem is that yeah, for most of the show, we had to tilt our heads back to look straight up. A little sore of a neck at the end, but still great.

Beyond the extreme far sides which would be a little limiting, I don't think there's a truly bad seat in the house. Enjoy! It's a wonderful experience!

We were in section 202 about midway up. These seats were great! Since we were so high up, everything was at eye level. There is so much going on UP in the air, that I think these are great seats. No problems for us seeing anything.

Agree with all of you. The frist time I saw it, I was in seventh row in section 102. It was close and it was great. Then I saw it another time way up in section 205. Still good as you can see it all from above.
The show is great, I don´t think there is a bad seat in it. =)

Hi, sorry I know this post is old now. But looking for help on section 204 (Row DD, 9/10/11) Just printed my tickets and it says Section Curtain B/C 204. What does that mean? I have seen a picture from stage to seats and there looks like equipment right in front. Worried now, its a suprise birthday present for my daughter so wanted it to be perfect. Sorry, never been to WDW so all very new to us. Thanks
