Cirque du Soleil question

We have never gone to Cirque du Soleil, even though I know it's known as a great event. I think we may attend a show in October. Approximately how long is the show? I've gone to the website to find out details on tickets, seating, times, but not the length.

No intermission, and it's a little over 1.5 hours, but the show starts before the show too. Get there early, it's WONDERFUL!

In general, the show runs 1 hour 40 minutes...but sometimes is 5 minutes shorter or 5 minutes longer, depending on the acts performed. They sometimes yank a number or add a number depending on cast injuries/illnesses/vacations etc. In general it is identical show to show and most audiences would never know anything is different from performance to performance.

We went in December for the first time. I took my daughter (10 yr. old) it was a great show, not to be missed. I believe the show was two hours. Have fun

If it is at all like the other one's I have seen on the traveling shows, do not hesitate - it is worth every penny.

We went in December and show was over 1:40 after start time. Although as was said there are a couple of clowns who do preshow of about 5 minutes.

I had the "pleasure" of being part of the preshow. One clown was carrying about 7 or 8 large boxes which he proceeded to pile on my lap for a time.

It is a good show though pricey.

Yea...you should be there 30 mins prior to the show. I thought I heard that if you are not in your seats within 10 minutes, they will sell your seat? Do not know if this is correct, but both times I went, I was sure to be there on time! Plus, the pre-show is pretty good.
