I called for a PS and it's all sold out for our trip. We just booked this past month kind of on a whim. Any recommendations on how to get a PS to this breakfast? We're staying August 11 - 19 Thanks!

I don't know if there is a waiting list in case of cancellations or not. You may try the Princess Breakfast in Epcot if you are mainly looking at doing 'the Castle' for the Cinderelly.
Or if the castle is the only way, check out a lunch instead. I think they have that option and it isn't as hot a seat as the breakfast.

Also, as mentioned the one in Norway is excellent too. The food actually gets a better rating and you see more princesses at it, you just don't get to see Cinderella and the castle is a nicer setting.
We did the Norway one in Feb. and my daughter loved it. It was excellent. That being said, we are planning our trip early this time so I hope to get into the castle. We are going for 9 nights and will try 90 days in advance starting with day 2 of our trip until we get one hopefully. If we can't I will book a lunch if possible in the castle because neither my wife nor daughter has ever been inside.

Yeh, I went through that last year. I did keep trying. I called 3 -4 times a day. I finally got a PS about a week before we left. The CM I was talking to on the phone was so excited. She couldn't beleive that she found a reservation for me.
If you have the ability to call all the time, you may have a chance to get a PS. My daughter still hasn't stopped talking about breakfast with the princesses in Cinderella's Castle.
