Breakfast and lunch are character meals. Cinderella is always downstairs on the first floor, taking souvenir pics with you as you enter. The other princesses and Fairy Godmother are in the dining room coming to each table -- Cindy herself does not greet guests in the dining room.

At dinner, Cindy is still downstairs for a meet and greet and pic, but Fairy Godmother is the only character upstairs, a sort-of mistress of ceremonies.

There is also the princess breakfast at Akershus in Epcot. You will not see Cinderella but you may see Belle, Jasmine, Snow White, Princess Aurora, Mulan, and Mary Poppins. When we went the only of the above princesses that were absent was Mary Poppins. If you can't get reservations at Cinderella's Akershus is the way to go.

I just had dinner at CRT on Sat and in my opinion it is not worth it. Breakfast there is great. The food is pretty good and there are several princess. Dinner had average food, and the only princess was Cinderella in the lobby. The Fairy Godmother and the mice did a LITTLE (maybe 10 minutes) show during dinner but they did NOT visit each table -- they just kind of flitted around. There was not an opprotunity to take pictures with them they were moving so fast. My children were very, very disappointed with the dinner as we have been to breakfast there & at Norway several times. Also, the service was very poor. Our orders were wrong and our pictures were 'misplaced' and they spent the entire dinner trying to find them. They finally found them at the end but I thought we were going to have to go retake them. This is a very expensive meal for so little interaction and average food. We had lunch at the Liberty Tree Tavern the next day and the food blew the CRT food away. I could not recommend CRT for dinner to anyone but I would recommend breakfast if you can get the reservation! The princess meal in Norway is a great alternative too.
