We used to get it but haven't seen it available for a few years except for once at the Churro cart in Frontierland. The Cantina has the worst Churros.

I guess it is all a matter of which cast members you come across, but I think international CMs are so enthusiastic because we know we are only staying for a short period of time (two months in my case) so we try to make the best out of every single moment. The same goes for American CPs.

So that is why I have never seen those. I was only in Disney last year and early this year.
