What time can you begin to get in to the Christmas Party? We have a 3:15 at Crystal Palace and we're wondering if we will have to leave and come back in with or tickets or will they allow us to just stay in after our meal.

I haven't been to the party yet, but some helpful unofficial WDW sites have said you can get in as early as 4:00pm for the party though actual party events don't begin until 7:00pm. I'm sure the cast members will understand especially because you have reservations already.
I went a few years back. I remember already being at the Magic Kingdom the day of the event. I remember if you had ONLY a ticket to the Christmas Party, you could get in at 4:00. If you were already there, you would find a cast member with a Santa Claus hat (they were stationed everywhere) and show them your ticket, they would give you a wristband so they knew you were legit.
We were never forced to exit and then re-enter. Then again, that was back in 2008. Things may have changed.

You don't have to leave. There are wristband stations set up within the park.
They have been allowing people to enter with a party ticket as early as four, but technically the party starts at seven. I wouldn't bet my life on 4:00 this year, but I also don't see why they'd change it.
