Thanks! Anyone know about the gingerbread house at GF or the tree at WL?
The gingerbread house at GF opened on Friday (and the treats are delicious!). The cm at the Old Faithful club told me on Thursday that the tree was supposed to be up on the 18th, so it should be up now!

I do not. But you can owe me. Rather have you owe me than just never pay me! ;)

When I first read that, I though it said Port Charles, the fictional home of all who live near General Hospital. :)

Just remind me. :)

LOL, I remember trying to get home from high school as quickly as possible to catch GH...that was back in the day of Luke & Laura before they got married! (I only watched GH to keep up with conversation--I preferred Edge of Night) ;)

If the Gingerbread House is still under construction you are able to get pieces of the gingerbread that are being cut off and not used. They are laid out on a tablecloth in the 'construction' area for guests to take pieces. The flavor is very very good!!:joyfull:

See now, that would be worth missing the grand opening...I'd rather be there during construction!!

Went to Beach Club tonight, as well as Yacht Club, Boardwalk and Dolphin. No Carousel at Boardwalk this year I guess, but Beach Club looked great. Yacht Club train was up and running - looked good, and the tree is very nice. Also took a ride through Fort Wilderness - not a lot of lights yet, but still pretty fun. Tomorrow we'll do the monorail resorts as well as WL and AKL, then we leave for home.

Yesterday we went to the GF, Poly, Contemporary, WL, and AKL. No trees up at the GF yet, but the gingerbread house is up and looking good. WL looked great, Poly was pretty, Contemporary's big Mickey wreath was up as was the (chocolate?)tree on the wall, no tree yet at AKL. Thanks for all the info everyone - our friends were very impressed.

We will arriving a little later in the afternoon on the Monday after thanksgiving and wanted to do a little resort hopping to checkout the lights and decor. I want to hit the monorail circuit and my wife wants to see AKL, are there any others that we NEED to see? We plan to snack and drink a few on the way as well. I'm sad that we only have 3 nights and 2 ticket days at the parks but then we have our cruise!!!
