Oh, Nicole, I forgot about your Sweeney question. I can't do gory movies so I must, alas, take a pass on this one, though it pains me no end. But I did read the spoiler, so I know the whole story and it's sad sad sad. And I do endlessly watch YouTube clips of Johnny singing. If he gets the Oscars this year (which, as an aside, has anyone seen ANY ONE of the best pic nominees?) I will be happy but still annoyed he didn't get it for Finding Neverland.

I want him to win something...he deserves it.

Everyone was raving about it, so I decided to go to see what all the hype was about.
It didn't do anything for me. :shrug:

I tend to love movies the critics hate, and hate movies that the critics love.
(Juno, 27 Dresses, Pirates 2 and 3....)

I know, how good was that movie? He is a genius...and I'm not just saying that because he's also kind of, ya know, pretty. And the year before he got the nom for Pirates, and I know they don't ever really give it to an actor that does a "comedic" role but I think he deserved ir for that too.

I agree. I really wanted him to get it for Pirates...Then I really wanted him to get it for Neverland. Good lord, the guy is a genius...just give it to him already!

EDIT: But who cares about the stupid Academy. It's the people's vote that really matters! That's why I like the People's Choice Awards and shows like that.
