We have a reservation in my husband's name and I have the AP rate.Is it possible to buy an AP for my daughter and present it at check-in and still get the rate or does the AP have to be in my husband's name?
Ergens2 said:very true JP! Disney is cracking down on this now and many people have reported that they have been asked for their AP's when they check in. Some people have also been informed that they will need to go activate or purchase their AP's in order to check in. I was asked for mine back in Dec when I checked in at Poly. This was the first time in 4 years of having an AP that I have been asked for it. I also heared numerous CM around me at checkin asking people for them to verify they are eligible for the AP rate. And it does have to be an Adult AP. There was a scene during our stay where a family of 8 had booked 2 rooms on a childs AP and the front desk manager very nicely informed the guest that they would have to go purchase an adult AP in order to keep their rate. :lookaroun The guy was not happy!
