I did some digging around and found this on a different forum but apparently it is a song exclusively used for Chef Mickey's called celebrate with Mickey Mouse. I tried to see if there is any clear recordings there sadly isn't. However, I did find the lyrics.

I was on the opening team of Chef Mickey's designing and operating the restaurant. We used that song from the first day we opened. In the past, we had trouble getting the characters through the dining room in a timely manner. One of the things that slowed them down was all of the birthday's, weddings, divorces, etc. So we came up with the song for everyone to celebrate at the same time. BTW: Pam K was a stitch to work with

Turns out that this CD has the Celebrate With Mickey Mouse song on it from TDL's Ambassador hotel Cd..Amazon has used copies for $13...

Ooohhg!

We stayed at CR, and that song would start up before 7am every morning, and wake everyone up! It was RELENTLESS!

One of the few Disney songs I truly dislike!

Though I suppose it helps to know why the song was written. Makes sense!
