Have always been curious about Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' and was able to snag an ADR for our upcoming trip. Not sure why, but I'm beginning to have a bit of remorse about dining there. I would appreciate hearing people's opinions on their experience. Thank you.

There are so many great options at Disney Springs we don't make it there often (too many spots & too little time), but very much enjoy it. Chicken thigh biscuits are a fave. Also love the fried green tomatoes. Some great moonshine cocktails. Haven't had it personally have heard the burger is a hidden gem.

Used to be a must-do but not any more. It's definitely true that you won't leave hungry, portions are generous. I've never actually had a dessert because I've been too full. That being said, last trip we found out everything is boneless now. That means no more legs. It's just not the same eating crispy fried chicken without being able to hold and bite into it. It is still good chicken, don't get me wrong. But I really love drums.

I saw that you had Raglan Road at 100% in the latest edition. It's good but I'm surprised that 100% of respondents like it. I didn't think there was anything 100% of people like.

I'm not sure when we pulled the data, but yeah, in the last 365 days we've got 338 ratings and 96% of them (325) were positive. That's exceptional.

You almost want to ask the 4% "Who hurt you, man?" Like, did you have to sit in an itchy suit through a performance of Riverdance with your parents back in the 90's?

Went there for the first time last December. The fried chicken sandwich was quite possibly the best fried chicken sandwich I've had. It has become a must-do for future visits. Just make sure you bring your appetite and a few people to share with. The fried pickles and hummingbird cake are delicious.

Well, no one hurt me.

And I was there at lunch, so there were no dancers.

I ordered some kind of battered shrimp, which leaked all over me and hadn’t much flavour. It was just not an enjoyable meal.

I’m an actual Irish person, so I wanted to love it, but it was no different than any tourist joint in Dublin that panders to the stereotype.

One and done for me.

Wow - that is a bad meal! I'm sorry to hear about that. Did you speak to a manager? It shouldn't have happened.

Speaking of tourist joints in Dublin, I will be in that fair city at the end of the month for an American football game. If there's anyplace special I should try, I would love some suggestions.

ETA: Good luck with your cruise!

Madigan's Pub on O'Connell Street does a great sausage and chips (at least they did the last time I was there) and looks like you'd expect a traditional Irish pub to be (you may get some Raglan vibes 😁). https://www.madigansdublin.com/

The Stags Head is another fantastic pub, been there since the 1800s. https://stagshead.ie/about/
