How easy would it be to substitute a cheesecake for a regular cake say for a birthday surprise? And if I was able to get this, would I still call the cake hotline?

Well I called today and was told they are not able to substitute cheesecake for cake at this time due to the kitchen being remodeled!? What seriously? Anyway, I guess I will just order something for my son's birthday. Anyway, said I would respond back!
