Cheerleaders in October

We are planning on staying at All Star Movies last week of October. Is this a heavy school group time? From what I've read these groups can get a little out of control and we have a young daughter (who some day might be one of them!) but would like to enjoy our stay at Movies.

We have gone the past three years in October with last year being the last week of October and absolutely loved it. I would not worry about the school groups. The crowds were light enough that you should not notice if there are some attending that week.

We used to go to WDW for our anniversary in January. Every year there were the cheerleaders!!! Believe me that they certainly turn the resort upside down. I don't know what they give their chaparones, but most of them completely ignore the screaming, yelling and all around hyperness of a typical cheerleader at 1 in the morning!

My hubby and I stopped stay at the value resorts during January and in May when they have Grad night weekends.

Don't worry! We went last year in the third week of Oct, stayed at the ASM, and didn't see any school groups. Just mainly families, so you should be safe. We stayed their once a couple of years ago in July, and the place was nuts with all the teenagers form South American countries. We'll never do that again!!!!!

My daughter is one of those cheerleaders. They go mostly Jan-Feb during the national competitions. Yes they are loud but mostly while they are praticing. We go every Oct. and there are usually no groups.
