Checking in at Bay Lake Tower

Visitng in May and wanted to know, do you go to the main check in point at the Contemporary first?

Yes. The main building at the Contemporary handles check in for the entire property.

Well, unless you count Kidani as sharing facilities with AKL. That resort has its own check in area.

I think that was the first exception to the rule - thanks - possibly due to the distance between them.

The Bay Lake Tower is part of the Contemporary Resort....there is essentially no functional lobby at the BLT unless you count the DVC and TOTWL checkin area as such.

And you can't even get into the BLT lobby without a valid room key unless you happen to follow another guest through the doors.

Contemporary, good luck with that......the Cast members are like Animatronics in that place.......

4th floor walkway always open.......in the event you go out without your room key and someone is in your room to let you in.
