check in question?

When checking in at a Disney resort do all adults on the reservation have to be present with Id ? Or just the person the reservation is listed under. My wife and I will be staying at a dvc property using points. My in laws are at a value resort. However my wife and I are listed on their reservation for tickets and dining plan. That way we could take advantage of the free dining promo.

Just the person who made the reservation. Just a reminder, since your tickets and dining is under their reservation, if you use your Key to the World, it will be charged to them, as well as packages delivered to them.

Unless it's changed since February, packages are delivered to whatever hotel you put on the form. They don't check your KTTW.
Good call on charging to the room, though. I'd just carry a credit card and pay with that to make it less confusing.

If you have a free dining package, they'll sometimes require everyone to be present. The reason for this is that some people add phantom guests to get the extra food credits.

For a regular reservation, just the person listed needs to be there. I've checked in days before others showed up. :)

Take a sharpie with you to mark your own room keys to make it easier to distinguish from your dining room keys [they will have different text on them, but something that stands out will be better]. If you're dining with them, any of you can use a key to pay for the meal using credits, they're pooled so any one key has access to all the credits. If you're charging purchases or food that you're not using dining credits for, then use your own room keys and there won't be any billing problems. Your in-laws can designate themselves as having charging privileges on their keys and that you don't so you can't even accidentally charge to their room.

And resort delivery is a separate thing, has nothing to do with your keys.
