I know you can't call to check and see how many days are left on your pass, but is there any other way to find out without going to the parks.

The concierge desk at any of the resorts should be able to check.

The only way that you can confirm what is left on a ticket will be at the ticket windows outside of the parks or at guest services at the parks or DTD.

They just changed this a few months ago.

During normal business hours, you can call 407-566-4985 and choose option 2 at the prompt. You'll get a live person. You'll need the numbers on the ticket, obviously.

Hmmm ... that's disappointing. This was announced by Disney itself a few months ago.

If you would, for research purposes. would you consider calling a few more times (different days, different times of day) to see if you consistently get the same answer? THANKS!

So far I have called twice today with 2 different people both with the answer no.

As per my original post the only way you can do it 100% of the time is at the parks or at guest services at DTD.

Yeah I was just hoping to avoid it. I wanted to see if i needed to purchase a new pass before I went down.
