Charging my iPod?

I know the only way that we can charge our iPod's to plug the cable into a PC/laptop and let it do its thing.

As we do not have a laptop and do not intend on taking the PC all the way over to the States is there anywhere else we can plug a USB cable in throughout the resort. We are staying at All Star Sports and was wondering if there is a drop off point or something like that?

Much appreciated

This is true, I had not thought of that, but I still have to wonder, why have an ipod and have only one way to recharge it? I have an mp3 player, it doesn't hold as much as an ipod, and I don't have that much money for one either, even the nano,( which apple is in trouble with anyway), and there isn't that much music that I would like to listen too.
I'm with you there - I've not bought into the whole need to store twentysix thousand three hundred and seventy eight tracks on a portable device

The beauty of an iPod is that you can have your entire music library with you. Do I often think to myself, boy, I want to listen to Phantom of the Opera right now...? No, but...when the odd time that I do, poof. It's there.

Plus the new ones allow for an easy way to transfer your photos off, clearing your memory card for the next days' picture taking!

You can use the UK wall adapter down the road, so definately buy the converter pack from Apple. They come with interchangeable plug in tips for the US, Europe, UK. You don't need a converter if you use the wall adapter as sold by apple. You DO need a converter to US currency if it is not included in your wall plug from the UK (there are some cheap knockoff brands that you can use to plug it in in the UK but don't include the converter.) I would not recommend anything but the officially licensed Apple interchangeable wall plugs.

You should be able to just explore it through windows instead of through iTunes. It should show up as an external device.

Sorry, don't mean to be rude, but, why would you wear an ipod when your in WDW? Don't you want to hear what's going on around you? For my personal choice, I don't want to miss a thing no matter what it is. But, to each their own. Enjoy your trip.:)
While I agree that the ambient sounds of the park are a very important part of the experience, I've taken to carrying a small iPod with me to the parks for those horrible situations we all find ourselves in from time to time... such as being trapped in hour long lines with obnoxious, loud people, waiting at the bus stops or while on the buses (once again, sometimes surrounded by less than pleasant people)... I've even had to resort to using it while ON an attraction (I have the WORST luck on Pirates, always stuck in a boat with screaming teenage girls or people talking on their cell phones).

I don't just put any old music on my iPod for these trips though... I load it with nothing but Disney park music. So, while I may prefer the actual ambient sounds of the park 90% of the time, there are definitely those times when I am a much happier camper for having blocked out the obnoxiousness around me, instead of letting it grate on my nerves and ruin my day. My iPod has saved me from many a temper tantrum.

I would think that you could tell the CM when you got off about the rude person and if they're a good CM, they should let you ride again without waiting.
