charge for refills

i know that the wdw resorts sell the mugs for free drink refills
BUT,,,,what about in the park?
I read that a few places have serve yourself drinks,,,so,,,,you can get your refill on your own...BUT for other counter service and or table service...what is the charge for a drink refill?

They very from location to location. That might be a good question for the CMs at Disney Dining to answer. They might be able to send you a list of places that have free refills, charge, etc.

Refills at TS are free but not sure about CS...

I am pretty sure that if a restaurant doesn't have a self service machine then there are no free refills. You would have to purchase an entirely new drink.

I want to say Starring Rolls we refilled free and for sure the backlot express the one with the big metal barn and you go around the back. We got to refill ourselves for sure there. Also Sunshine Seasons at the Soarin Ride.. Best counter service anywhere for the money. its plate dinners not lunches and well worth it.
