Characters that have never made it to the parks

I haven't done photos since characters roamed the parks, but for the full Oliver and Co crew, I would wait hours.

I have a few. I know this one will never happen, but the Mad Doctor. He's just so perfect. All joking aside, though, he would be a good meet and greet, just unlikely as it may confuse a lot of guests. Also, if another Epic Mickey game does come, adding Gus may not be a bad idea. I'd also like to see Horace Horsecollar, Oswald, and Ortensia in the parks just because their 30s classics. I also agree Pete would be a good choice, but it may require the actor to be on stilts. Either way, seeing the big, hulking mass that is Pete would be awesome. (I'm aware most of these are from Epic Mickey 2. Don't judge. ;3)

It seems that DLP has a lock on all of the rare character costumes. And now that I know they all exist, it would be nice to see a rotation of some of the more rare ones into the US parks. They don't all need to be there all the time but it might be nice to have one a week of rare characters, especially since I now know they have the costumes. The range of what I saw during the Cavalcade on the 25th Anniversary last year was totally insane. There we so many I didn't even recognize some of them.

I've got hundreds of shots from that parade (it was amazing) but one I had never seen beforeis the one and only miss Jessica Rabbit:

Another was Kuzco

Being a 30's Geek, i would love to see early renditions of characters being displayed in the parks, Dippy Dawg, Peg Leg Pete, Anything would go for me. Mad Doctor, as Taylor said, would be a really fun one to see, but he's sadly really underrated.
The closest we could get is Mickey's Steamboat Willie Appearance, considering Mickey has 50 Bajillion costumes in the first place, and Steam Boat Willie was his Debut.

Universal Has Popeye, Olive Oyl, Bimbo, and Betty Boop
I know Bimbo was removed, but I'm not sure about the rest
I kinda wanna visit Universal again JUST for ToonTown

My favorite character is Iago from "Aladdin". I wish they could make a meet and greet character of him. He would be too large for what his size was in the movies and TV show, but so aren't the costumed characters of animals like Thumper and Meeko (racoon from "Pocahontas"). I suppose Iago's shape keeps him from being made into a costumed character. He's bottom heavy, and it'd probably be hard for the person wearing the costume to walk around safely.

I would love to meet Bambi but unfortunately having him standing up on two legs wouldn't be quite right. Some kind of two person costume with someone beneath controlling the legs would be too complicated and might get the CM's inside hurt.

WALL-E ....I know they built a WALL-E animatronic but I would love anything WALL-E in the parks. I would have turned the Universe of Energy pavilion into a WALL-E themed pavilion dealing with let’s say problems caused by pollution (like the film) and showcase renewable energy solutions rather than shoehorn into EPCOT a GOTG ride. I know, I know, EPCOT is not really about educating while entertaining anymore but I think WALL-E would’ve been perfect for Future World.

Chernabog. He's been my favorite character since I was a toddler (his float was apparently the only thing I smiled at during SpectroMagic and the habit stuck I guess) he'd have to be a stilt walker, and as untouchable as Transformers at Universal...but it's totally doable...I think.

They could make him an animatronic like Muppet Mobile Lab that could ride on Jafar's back.

Doable, but would scare the living crap out of kids. xD
