On my last trip this June I had one mission. I brought three drawings I did of Mickey Mouse, Pinocchio, and Jessie.

Got Mickey at Hollywood Studios. (He seemed pretty impressed)

And Jessie

This one was hard to see so I edited it a bit so you can see her signature
She absolutely loved it. She held the drawing up and showed it to Woody, and showed it to the photographer.
Didn't get to find Pinocchio unfortunately but 2 out of 3 ain't bad. Especially since one of them was Jessie =D It was certainly the best part of my trip and I wanted to share it

Wow! Those are great drawings. It's a shame you didn't get to Pinocchio but I'm happy that you got the other two!

Thanks. Honestly, Pinocchio was an after thought. My main mission was to get Jessie XD
But it would've been nice to see how he would've responded T_T

I have a drawing I did of Goofy in the drawing class at the Studios. Tried to find him to sign it on that trip, but was unsuccessful. Will be bringing it with me in September - I have the Disney Visa card so I'll go to the special Meet-N-Greet at Epcot and maybe get the whole gang to sign it. I want to frame it and hang in my DIsney themed spare bedroom.

Yeah, it got a little messed up when it suddenly rained. I didn't have the folder I kept it in covered well enough so the top got a little wet and in turn, tore up a bit

XD That's my brother. He loves his Ducktales.
Donald and Mickey both responded to that nicely at Chef Mickeys

When I was in entertainment there I would occasionally get gifts from people like this. Children and adults would draw pictures, or make things and give them to us. Once a little boy bought a pez dispenser at a gift shop and gave it to me... It was adorable. It's really cool and I kept all of that stuff believe it or not. Not the same thing as the topic, but reminded me of it.

In all seriousness, try it out sometime and get your favorite character a small gift, even if it is a handmade one. You'll maybe make someone's day who is use to making other's ;)

Nice memento to get framed and hang on your wall. Did you get a photo of yourself with them too to put alongside your drawing photos? Only wish I could draw. My drawings would look like a crazed monkey scribbled on a peice of paper. Yeah, it's that bad.:D

Thanks. I confess I draw best when it's of something I have to work off of. My drawings of Jessie that aren't based on an existing drawing aren't as good I think ^^;

aww ^^ Now I wish I had thought to make a copy of the drawing for Jessie to keep. Because she really really liked the drawing. I wish I had recorded the moment

Those are very nice drawings and that's a great way to collect character autographs. If you have time you should do a few more for your next trip, I can't imagine too many people have signed artwork of their favourite characters.

Those are great drawings and what a great way to collect autographs. I can't draw if my life depended on it! There's a lot of people I know who draw or sketch like a pro!
