They've been waiting a while to do this. All the construction dust over the past few years has taken its toll on it.

I belive so. I tried to post an image of its original appearance but my phone is not letting me. In short it was yellow at the top red at the bottom with character silhouettes around the balloon.

i appreciate this...the current look does not meld well with the new look of Disney Springs. Hoping for something simpler and classier...less 'circus-y'.
