As of June... Fab 5 + 3 (Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Donald, Goofy and Daisy, Chip & Dale). Peter Pan, Tinkerbell, Captain Hook and Smee. Princesses (Cinderella, Belle, Ariel, Princess Minnie, Sofia the First, Tianna), Jack Sparrow, Woody, Jessie, Doc McStuffins, Stitch, Dopey, and Jake the Neverland Pirate.
Just don't forget to pick up the tickets you have to have, apparently, to do meet and greets on board. They have a session the day you board to load up on them. Look for it on your Navigator.
Of course the list I just mentioned could have some variations, but it's usually pretty consistent. June of this year's characters were about the same as when I was on the Fantasy in January 2013. I'd also be surprised if Snow White doesn't make an appearance, especially if Dopey is a listed meet and greet.
