YES!! It was great. The only thing is that it has been moved to the Streets of America now. I've also heard it being on Echo Lake (sometimes the later sets but not always - maybe just ask a CM the day of for confirmation).

Basically just show up when it's happening (the sets are about 20 minutes long) and try and meet as many characters as possible. It's an absolute free for all though. There wasn't much order to it but I was able to meet the characters who I wanted to meet. I've heard of these characters coming out for meet and greets during the event: Minnie, Chip, Dale, Belle, Captain Hook, Mr. Smee, Meeko, Pocahontas, Jasmine, Jafar, Stitch, Rafiki, Queen of Hearts, Evil Queen, Pinocchio, Gepetto, Genie, Mary Poppins, Penguin, Green Army Man, and Mulan.

The day we are going to be there is on a Wednesday with Fantasmic at 8, so this website says they should show up between 4:50-5:50. Where at on Streets of America?

I'd show up around 4:40 to be safe because it said the same thing for me and when I showed up at 4:50 it was already well under way. Also, it's kind of scattered all over the Streets, but a big cluster of the characters were in the area with the big mural of San Francisco (I think?).

Yes, it used to be at Animation so we made it there for our September trip. HOWEVER...they moved it the week before to down in the middle of the street by the city pictures, I think San Fran or something and we just missed it. We saw penguins walking away!!!!! I nearly had a heart attack when I arrived at Animation and the cast member said they moved it. We ran - RAN - to the new location and just missed it!!! I was crushed! I am not sure if this was a temporary move or now where it is.

Thank you for this info! I had no clue! We are heading down now (in Ga... What a long drive!) and I will definitely check this out at DHS. I will let you guys know what I find out. My DS is On the hunt this trip for autographs.

We will be at studios 2 days and 1 will be SWW so it may be different that day.

Wow! I have never heard of this! Unfortunately, the day we're at HS we have ADR at 4:10 at the Brown Derby, so I doubt we'll make either the 4:30 M&G at Echo Lake or the 5:30 on SOA. Maybe we can stop back a different night and try to catch it...

I wonder if they "couldn't say it". I say that only bc the look on my face of terror and fear that I missed it, the CM took pity on me. I believe I yelled out one of those movie scene slow motions "n-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o's". I think he feared for his life and mine bc when he said it, it was sly, under his breath and his back turned to everyone else.

We have never been able to catch this...simply due to the timing of F! on our previous trips, but we may just have a chance this time if we hop to DHS for a while on our Epcot day. I was planning on hopping over after lunch in case the girls want to ride Star Tours, got up the nerve for ToT, and booked some time at Sci Fi for milkshakes, etc. We have to be at Kouzzina for a 6:30p dinner, but this should hopefully give us some time to hit Characterpalooza- FINALLY!:D
