Well stating out at Magic Kingdom:
Crystal Palace: This is character dining with the Pooh Characters.
Liberty Tree: Has character dining in the evening, with Minnie, Pluto, Chip, Dale, and Meeko.
Cinderellas Royal Table: Assortment of princesses dine with you.

Epcot:
Norway: Has a Princess Breakfast, but it is very hard to get reservatoins, 90 days in advance.
The Garden Grill: Dine with Mickey, Pluto, Chip, and Dale

MGM:
Sorry no more character dining here anymore.

Animal Kingdom:
Resturantasaurus: Eat breakfast with Donald, Mikey, Minnie, Goofy, and Plutp.

Hope that helps...

mkt,

thank you for the link with so much information. This has nothing to do with mealtime, but I noticed no mention of some old time Magic Kingdom characters such as Robin Hood and friends (Sheriff, Friar Tuck), Brer Fox specifically, the king lion from Bedknobs & Broomsticks (can't recall his name)and the Pinocchio bad boys Foulfellow & Gideon.

Have these characters been "retired" from Magic Kingdom appearances? I don't mean to put you on the spot, but get a sense you might know. If they have, okay - I'd trade the lot for a little snuggle, err photo with Jasmine and Esmerelda, but, ya know, they have stomped a lot of pavement at MK over the years.

No only the king lion from Bedknobs has been retired. All others are around the park. If you need to know where let me know.

My favorite Character Dinings

My 2 favorite character dinings are:

1. Garden Grill at Epcot. It is located in The Land. It is a circular, slow moving restaurant that shows you different scenes from the Living With the Land Ride below the restaurant. (Don't worry, it moves about .5 mph) The food there is served family style with catfish, chicken, roast beef, mashed potatoes, vegies, and stuffing. Characters are Mickey, Chip, Dale, and Pluto.

2. Chef Mickey's in Contemporary Resort. Cool restaurant because it is in the Grand Canyon Concourse in the hotel, where the monorail goes through the hotel (COOL!) The food is served buffet style with chicken, roast beef, salad, shrimp, and other side dishes. Huge dessert buffet (Yum!) Characters are Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Chip, and Dale.

Enjoy your trip. :animwink:

King Leonidas was never really officially doing meets... he's been spotted in Paris doing meets, and was in the Electrical Parade as well.

Brer Fox has been gone since the summer of 2001, and although people say he's coming back... until I see it, I refuse to believe it.

We went to Chef Mickey's on our last trip for breakfast and it was wonderful!:sohappy: Each character spent several minutes at each table taking pictures and stuff. My daughter loved it.

We are staying at the Beach Club Villas and have heard that they offer a character breakfast but with "limited characters". IF this is the case, i'd rather head over to Chef Mickey's. Can somebody give me comparisons of the 2 breakfasts?
