Character meal with Elsa?

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I get a million results when I try the search function. Is there a character meal available with Elsa in attendance?

I believe the only place you can meet Anna and Elsa if I'm not mistaken are at the Royal Summerhus meet and greet near Norway:
