You should reserve it right at 180 days or 180 days+10 if you have a resort reservation. You can go to the following web address or you can call Disney dining at 407-939-5277

Online opens 1 hour before the phones (6am ET vs 7am ET), so I always recommend trying online first...especially if you're trying for anything particularly hard to get.

As soon as you can, make the reservations. Princess dining can be tricky and fills up fast, as can any character dining restaurant. Others like Le Cellier also fill up very quickly. Be Our Guest is almost a forget it for another 5 years type deal.

If you call in to the restaurant for a reservation and they say they are booked, keep trying. Families cancel reservations all of the time, especially a few days before you leave. Enjoy your trip!
