Unrelated, but in all star music food court this week they have had a cast memeber with a trolley going around the tables in the food court offering to refill tea and coffee and cups of spa water. Nice little offering!

I was at WDW about two weeks ago and visited some of the resorts on property. While exiting the Contemporary from the backside at around 8:00 at night, Peter Pan flew by me and my friends and told us not to trip going down the stairs. Similarly, I spotted Captain Hook wandering around the Beach Club by the marketplace during this same trip.

I stayed at Art of Animation early September 2015 and Jack Skellington and Sally were in the lobby with a themed backdrop on most days and one other time it was Pluto and Minnie. I'm guessing these are CMs training for the Halloween parties.

Correct. Those are performers learning the role for the first time.

Didn't they cut EMH for awhile after 9/11 and have characters at the resorts in the mornings instead? I seem to remember seeing characters in the lobby during our trip to WDW for Christmas 2001.

Yes they did do that. I was So disappointed when I was there at that time and there were no EMH.
